Tip #1: Reduce the glare

Screen glare can lead to eye strain, which in turn triggers a headache. You can prevent this using a couple of different tactics. This means setting aside a few minutes each hour or half hour to close your eyes and relax them.

Your posture can also trigger a headache. Make sure the chair you are using is adjusted so that you don't have to slump downward to see the screen or crane your neck upward to get a clear view.
